Shipping:

Shipping is based on the weight and size of your package.

Books and videos can be sent via media mail, which is cheaper but also slower. Boardgames, miniatures, dice, toys and gaming accessories are NOT eligible for media mail.

Returns

Due to the collectible nature of most of our merchandise, returns are handled by category and are not available on all items.

• Collectible items (including "booster packs" for Trading Card Games, Collectible Card Games & Collectible Miniatures Games) can only be returned unopened, and within 3 days of receiving them.
• Boardgames, if damaged, may be exchanged for a like item within 3 days of receiving them. If your boardgame is new, but has missing or defective pieces, you must contact the manufacturer.
• Dice may not be returned. If your dice are defective, you must contact the manufacturer. Also, consider making a sacrifice to the Dice Gods.
• Toys may be returned for a refund only if they are unopened, and within 3 days of receiving them. If your toy is defective, you must contact the manufacturer.
• Books may not be returned. If your book is defective (i.e. missing or misprinted pages) you must contact the publisher.
