No More Discount Codes - 1/25/2010

Instead of fooling around with Discount Codes and trying to keep track of which group is using what, I've decided to just mark everything off 20% across the board and get rid of the Discount Codes altogether.

You still get a discount (which you can readily see on the price description), I have one less thing to fool with, and it puts us a lot closer to being competitive with other internet retailers since the discounted price wasn't showing up in search engines when we used the codes.

Everybody wins. Huzzah!

Twin Cities game clubs - 12/15/2009

I'm happy to announce that Reality Check Games has agreed to become a sponsor of the Twin Cities Boardgamers and Twin Cities Eurogamers groups. These are both VERY active groups who meet frequently and they are a great bunch of people who enjoy a broad variety of games and are a very welcoming bunch to new members.

You can find out more about both groups by visiting these links:

Yes, it's true! - 12/10/2009

So maybe you just stumbled onto this site, or maybe you knew us way back when and heard we were coming back. It's true.

The dream known as Reality Check Games is a reality. We're starting off slow, getting everything in place. This website is the first step.

But this is no simple placeholder site. You can shop the site just like shopping in the store, other than the coffee and the instore events, of course. But those are coming too. I'm currently looking at a few different locations for the physical brick and mortar store. I'll be signing papers on that in January, with plans to open the doors by late April or early May.

It's coming baby... and you're coming along for the ride.
